Our restaurant has been designed to give it a classy yet contemporary feel. Our menu, curated by Udaipur’s celebrated Chef Shroom is a blend of traditional, authentic Rajasthani (more specifically, Mewari) cuisine, North Indian, international cuisines such as South East Asian, Mexican and Italian.
We offer food options that can be prepared without the use of onion and garlic to suit the religious sensibilities of many communities. On prior request, a few of our preparations can be made specially for our vegan guests too. We also have magnificent options for non-vegetarian food.

Bay Leaf is open from 6:30pm to 11pm, a perfect setting for you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, savour customized lunch with your family or friends or binge on the local or international delicacies for dinner. Our menu includes whole wheat fresh dough pizza, hand-made pasta, Jodhpuri Kabuli biryani and a mexican burrito bowl. We are one of the very few luxurious resort in Udaipur to serve fresh hand-made pastas. Our signature dish, Diwani Handi from our north Indian menu is specially recommended by our Chef to excite your taste buds. Do try our Mewari cuisine which has been cooked by the age old recipes passed down from generation to generation of the Verdia family.
