After an outstanding 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Xess is leading a team as a Director (Operation & New Projects). Mr. Xess joined Bamboo Saa as the General Manager in 2017. He has been part of the Bamboo Saa family for the past six years and before joining Bamboo Saa, Mr. Xess was at Club Mahindra on a brief mission. Prior to that he was with Marriott Hotels where he was leading teams in both strategic operations as well as food and beverage service. He was previously associated with brands such as Le Meridien & HRH Hotels. Mr. Xess With his diverse expertise in the field, he is establishing the next destination at Pushkar as Bamboo Saa Mulberry Resort, Pushkar.
Mr. Earshad Ali Mondal
Operations Manager, Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa, Udaipur
He has been an integral part of the Bamboo Saa team since the last six years and has now taken on the responsibility as Operations Manager for Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa, Udaipur. Prior to Operation Manager charge, Mr. Mondal held the position of Culinary Operation at the same hotel. Mr. Mondal has extensive experience of 17 years in managing hotel kitchen & operations including well-known hotels under the portfolio like Sterling Mussoorie, Club Mahindra & The Orbit.
Mr. Uttam Kumar
Resort Manager, Bamboo Saa, Mulberry Resort, Pushkar
With more than 23 years of rich operational and pre-opening experience, Mr. Kumar joins the team as Resort Manager at Bamboo Saa Mulberry, Pushkar. Previously, he has worked with brands such as ITC, JP Hotels, Sarovar and Mahindra Holidays. He is an innovator and brings along an expertise in the key operational areas as well as in Hotel Sales. In his new role Mr. Kumar will be leading the task of introducing the new growing hotel brand i.e, “Bamboo Saa Mulberry Resort” in Pushkar.
